Logan Walsh Chexology

Chexology’s culture isn’t carved in stone; it grows organically from the character of each member of our team. Together, we make up a close-knit company of individuals from all walks of life. One of those team members is Logan Walsh!  



What is your role in the company, and what challenges are you solving?

A big part of my role is identifying inefficiencies to help the company scale. I focus on optimizing processes, improving operations, and leveraging data to drive smart decision-making for Chexology and our clients. For example, I’ve recently restructured our Salesforce system from the ground up to allow our team to better analyze market trends and sales data. 



What drew you to Chexology Logan?

I was drawn to Chexology because of its innovative approach to solving real-world problems. There’s really no one else out there doing what we’re doing and I love that. The company’s entrepreneurial environment allows me to take on large projects, contribute to high-level strategic initiatives, and constantly develop my skills. Being able to make an immediate impact early in my career was a major motivator as well. 



What advice do you have for prospective Chexology candidates?

Chexology is an exciting company that constantly offers new opportunities. Take initiative, be adaptable, and embrace the challenges! 



What’s one of your favorite companies Chexology partners with and why?

Barclays Center! As a Brooklyn Nets fan who went to high school blocks away from Barclays, they have a special place in my heart. 



What’s a piece of advice that’s worth sharing, Mr. Walsh?

My favorite and somewhat basic piece of advice is to treat others how you want to be treated; self-awareness is key.
